Mr. Neeraj Bisht is a banking professional with 17 years of experience in Retail and Corporate Banking. He has held key positions at leading global and regional banks, including Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, Axis Bank, Mashreq Bank, and Shinhan Bank. His expertise spans corporate lending, transaction banking, retail assets and digital banking, with a strong focus on business growth, client relationship management, and product development. He combines deep industry knowledge with a strategic mindset, enabling him to drive financial solutions that enhance both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Mrs. Padmaja Parange is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 27 years of multifaceted experience in the BFSI industry. Her expertise spans across critical areas such as Credit Sanction, Credit Risk Management, Credit Ratings, Loan Administration, Loan Recovery, Finance and Statutory Audit. Over her distinguished career, she has worked with key financial institutions, including the Export-Import Bank of India, CARE Ratings, Dhanalaxmi Bank, Shinhan Bank, and CNK & Associates LLP, giving her a broad and diverse perspective on banking, financial services, and ratings. She has completed Certificate course in ESG Professional: Impact Leader conducted by IICA. She is also serving as an Independent Director in Korean NBFC having its operations in India.
